What first interested you about gita?

I loved the idea of gita carrying my load.  I love living in a walkable neighborhood but truthfully I hate carrying around heavy bags so I often drive to work or the grocery store.

What’s your favorite feature about gita?

The pop-up lid. I didn’t realize that you could leave the top of gita open and she would still function. That was a game-changer.

Where are your favorite places to bring gita?

Hello treat, Mom! The grocery store, little league games...I walk from my home to the shop (her and her husband’s frame shop and gift boutique, Queen Anne Frame & Gift) with it.

How has gita made your daily living easier? Has it been particularly beneficial during social distancing?

It has gotten my kids outside. I give them “tasks.” Take Eva (that’s what we named her from the WallE movie) for a walk, go find an awesome stick, rock, etc. and carry it back in gita. Keeping my kids active while being stuck at home has been challenging. This all of a sudden makes boring walks exciting for them again. 

Where are some of your favorite places around Seattle to bring gita?

gita makes grocery shopping easier. I love walking around my neighborhood - to the grocery store in particular. Now that baseball season has started and the weather is warming up, I’m excited to use our gita to bring picnic supplies and watch the game.
